Incredibly excellent experience from start to finish. The receptionist (Shaneeta) was a bright smiling face from scheduling my semi-emergency appointment to explaining the follow-up procedures when leaving. Even with a broken tooth, I was smiling at how different it was from my previous dentist (Pleasant Hill....should be named Unpleasant Hill ) who lacked any social skills much less a grasp of basic English....and the fact she was examining the wrong tooth. While she may have been fired/left the practice, I caution anyone going there to be careful. Oops, I digress... The LMD x-ray tech was a hoot (southern for pleasant, caring, professional and amusing) and the technician who first examined me (also forgot her name) was just as engaging and pleasant. By the time I was seen by Dr. Thorner, I was so relaxed his exam was completely painless....and the assessment of what was needed was thoroughly explained AND he even took the time to answer my numerous questions. While I do face a root canal/crown to repair my tooth, I feel confident the upcoming treatment will be relatively pain-free and could possibly be completed in one appt. Anyone reading a negative review of LMD should question the validity of what was said, who said it, and then go experience this wonderful practice themself. I'll leave an additional review as soon as I have the root canal/crown, however I doubt my favorable opinion will change.

Highly recommended if you have emergency dental needs! All of the staff were super caring, friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable! Taylor and the front desk receptionist made me feel so welcomed and kept me laughing even with a sore mouth! If you want a nice experience patronize this establishment! (coming from someone who avoids dentist offices at all cost).
